SPRINT
TRAINING

PROGRAMS

This aerobic and anaerobic sprint training will have you winning in no time. I’ve tried to share everything I know to help with your sprinting performance by setting up these three-level programs. All the techniques have been tried and tested (by me) to ensure you’ll be prepared and ready to reach your sprinting goals.

TT
TRAINING
PROGRAMS

Time Trial (TT) training is the perfect solo activity for a cyclist. In a time trial, you can’t rely on another rider’s draft, and you can’t simply go full power 100% of the time and expect to do well. An advanced cycling training plan like the ones I offer will really help you learn how to assess and attack sections of a course, how to use all the muscles in your legs, and how to be mentally as well as physically ready to push yourself - and keep pushing - without the feedback of other riders’ positions.

CLIMB
TRAINING

PROGRAMS

These climbing programs have been designed to suit all levels (but you have to have spent some hours on the saddle) and have a real hunger to kick some goals. Ideally, you are preparing for a race, or need to pump up your performance for those challenging group rides. Climbing well is about your ability to recover at or close to threshold power. Within these programs, you will find a range of tried and tested techniques to help you get there no matter your level, challenge or vice.

HALO SPORT

Halo Sport is a neurostimulator that uses transcranial direct current stimulation to excite the neurons of the motor cortex. What I noticed is, I lowered my rating of perceived effort (RPE). I was amazed by my first week using Halo. It seemed to me that the rate-limiting factor was actually oxygen; not burning legs from lactate. My movements have become more efficient, and therefore have more energy for a longer time. Read more about Halo here.
